A SAFE IN-STORE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
a retail outlet that offers a close-contact service, we must follow the
guidelines for close-proximity businesses under the Covid-19 Protection
Framework. This means that from Friday the 3rd of December, we will require all
customers to have a Vaccine Passport in order for us to stay open. We will
continue to offer a Click and Collect service, as well as Remote Fittings for
those who have chosen not to get vaccinated. All of our staff are fully
addition, we will continue with the following measures to ensure a safe
shopping experience for you and our team;
Do I have to sign in?
In line with the New Zealand Governments
recommendation, we ask all customers to scan in using the COVID-19 QR tracer
app before entering our store, and for those who do not have the app, we will
have a manual sign-in process in place. Please also have your Vaccine Passport
ready to be verified.
Will I need to wear a mask?
Yes, by law the New Zealand Government
requires all customers entering our store to be wearing a mask. If you do
not wear a mask and cannot prove you have an exemption, you will not be able to
enter. All staff members will be wearing masks.
What distancing precautions are in place in-store?
In order to maintain social distancing,
we're limiting the number of customers in store at any one time. When you
visit our store, a safe distance of 1 metre is required from other customers
and our team, both inside the store and in queues.
Can I use a fitting room?
Yes, however, not all fitting rooms will be open and the 'one in, one out' rule will apply.
Am I able to be fitted for a bra?
We will be able to offer fittings but in
order to maintain social distancing requirements. We have set up our fitting rooms to ensure
privacy from other customers.
What cleaning measures are in place?
All surfaces in our store have been well
cleaned and team members will be regularly sanitizing surfaces in between customers. Our
team members will be sanitizing their hands between each customer and will not
be permitted to come to work if they display any Covid-19 symptoms. If
you are feeling unwell, please place an order via the website or phone through
your order rather than visiting our store.
