Refund & Exchange Policy
Destinations
We deliver New Zealand wide and internationally, usually with a tracking courier or NZ Post for Rural delivery & International orders. Delivery addresses do not have to be your own, we will deliver direct to the person you are buying the order for. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday when couriered (excluding public holidays). Packages will have to be signed for, so please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. All packages are securely packaged to ensure the safety of the goods inside.
Costs
As per all figures mentioned on this site the following shipping costs are in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST for NZ customers, and are per order (not per item), regardless of how many packages we may need to send you.
- New Zealand - $5 per order.
- Australia - $8 per order.
- Rest of the World - $10 per order.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order on the same day if it is placed before midday, so you can expect delivery within 2 working days - if you live overseas this may take a little longer.
Occasionally items that show as in stock on our website have slightly longer delivery times - around 5 - 7 days. This is usually because they are not available at our warehouse, but they are in stock at our shop. If you place an order for one of these items, we will arrange for delivery direct from the shop and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can.
Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to dispatch items to you.
If we are awaiting any items from suppliers that you have ordered, we will inform you by phone or email to give you an idea of when the stock will be arriving.

If you have very urgent delivery requirements please contact us before ordering and we will try our very best to help.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to exchange items, or refund your purchase price* using the original payment method. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 14 days. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. For any EXTRA items ordered that you wish to be added to an exchanged item you will be charged the standard delivery rate. Returned items are the responsibility of the sender until they have safely arrived with us, so we recommend sending by a traceable method, ie, Courier Post.
SALE ITEMS - Please choose sale items/specials carefully, as we cannot offer a refund or exchange on them**. We suggest you only purchase Specials online if you have already been fitted into or worn that style/size, or endeavour to come into our shop to ensure you are correctly fitted into them. Please feel free to phone for further information regarding return of Sale items.
To ensure that we have a replacement item in stock, please inform us beforehand if you are planning on returning any item for exchange. We guarantee our lingerie, swimwear against fault for 6 months - providing the washing instructions and care instructions have been followed.
* sorry, your original delivery charge is not refundable.
** If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
